I suppose most of us in the Labour Party will have received these in our email today - a variety of posters for us to vote on and amuse ourselves with..

Not sure about this one..

This just makes me think of Little Britain..

This is the one I actually voted for - simple and to the point..

This one is nightmare material! Not quite as disturbing as the 2001 poster showing Hague morphing into Thatcher, but you definitely feel that their eyes would follow you down the street..

So those are the posters designed to dissuade people from voting Conservative. When will you be unveiling the posters designed to persuade us to vote Labour?

The first wave are already up, and focus on economic achievements - they can be seen here: http://www.labour.org.uk/posterlaunch

Do you have any thoughts on the anti-semitic nature of these posters?

(15.2.05 21:52)
To be honest, it wasn't something I considered when I first saw them, but having read some of the comments made in the press I can understand why some have found the flying pigs poster offensive. I think it's a lack of forethought on the part of the ad agency, rather than any deliberate intention to offend.
